Bay Compliance Group provides permit expediting, permit running, property inspection, and operational field services in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Payment

Payment terms are established at time of service booking.

Scope of Services

Our services are operational and administrative in nature. We do not provide engineering certifications, structural analysis, or government authority inspections.

Limitation of Liability

Inspection reports are based on conditions observable at time of inspection. We are not liable for conditions not visible or accessible during inspection.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law.
